                         The costs include: the courtesy service, linen changed every 3 days, and breakfast.
                       Discounts for children in family room: 0-3 years free in 3 bed - rent cot € 15,00 per 1 week.
                    3 / 11 years 50%, discount is not for the family room.

The appartment are fully furnished. They can be occupied from 5.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.00 am on the day of departure. Prices are inclusive of vat, electricity, water, gas, parking and colour tv.
Free of charge facilities: table tennis, children's play area, satellite tv, videos, 2 terraces. Payable services: a washing machine is available in a separate laundry room, each wash has a cost of 5 euros. There is a bar. On the premised bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are not supplied. Charge for cleaning apartment on check out Euros 40. Dogs and cats of small size = 50 euros per week. Mountain bike hire = 40 euros per week.

How to get to Maresol: Arrive on the south coast of Vieste (Lungomare Enrico Mattei). Leave the town of Vieste behind you and proceed towards hotel Pizzomunno, 500 metres after this hotel you will find The Sant' Elia Camping. Take the first right turn after this camp site and follow directions for the Magnolia Hotel, after the hotel turn right following the sign for Peschici litoranea. Drive past a school building and turn left following the sign " Collina dei Pini". Continue to follow signs for " Collina dei Pini" and " Maresol ".
When you get to the top of the slope the parking spaces are on your right. I would advise you to phone me from Peschici and again from the sign Collina dei Pini, so i can meet you at the parking area. In case of difficulty stop in front of Sant' Elia camping and phone me on 368-7189672.

By train: If you wish to come to Vieste by train get to Foggia or San Severo and from there use the bus service supplied by ferrovia del gargano ( +390882 221414) or Sita (390881773117).

By Bus: The main Italian cities are linked to Vieste by bus services supplied by Ferrovia del Gargano or Sita.

By air: fly to Rome, Bari, Foggia, Pescara. Then proceed by bus to Vieste.
